What I can offer as a Mentor
One of my strengths is to help academics identify and communicate their personal journeys as teachers both in terms of their innovation and how they evidence their practices. No two teachers have had the same prior experiences and everyone teaches in a different way in a unique context so it is important to capture this diversity and to make individual impact and excellence explicit. I was also a member of the UQ First Year Chemistry team that won a national AAUT Programs Awards that Enhance Learning in 2017.
