What I can offer as a Mentor
I am most interested in encouraging those who are seeking to balance a thriving research career with effective and impactful teaching. I have been heavily-involved advocacy and development groups for early-mid career researchers (EMCRs) at a University and national level, and through these have gathered resources and developed contacts that may be useful for other EMCRs. Within teaching, my interests are in increasing student engagement through active learning strategies and tailored opportunities for high achieving students.
