What I can offer as a Mentor
I am passionate about celebrating great teaching and supporting educators to share the impact of their work. With over 10 years’ experience in Higher Education and recognition through a Vice-Chancellor’s Award for Contributions to Student Learning and an Australian Award for University Teaching Citation, I bring experience in translating teaching practice into compelling award narratives. I can offer mentees a supportive and reflective space to explore their teaching philosophy, identify evidence of impact, and develop a strong application that authentically represents their contribution. My areas of expertise include curriculum innovation, inclusive teaching, authentic assessment, student engagement and creating meaningful learning experiences for diverse cohorts.
