What I can offer as a Mentor
I can offer an external perspective and a safe sounding board for someone to explore their profile and develop an application for AAUT. I have experience navigating university promotion processes and L&T awards as an education-focused academic, particularly within a science discipline. I have particular expertise in coordinating large subjects, up to 900 students, and curriculum innovation.
