What I can offer as a Mentor
With 20 years' experience of teaching in HE and relishing opportunities to collaborate with others through capacity building in both teaching and research, I offer a mentor the care, knowledge and commitment to support their successful AAUT application outcome. I have extensive knowledge of contemporary HE pedagogies, innovative approaches to teaching and learning and have been awarded both a AAUT citation (2018) and Teaching Excellence Award (2024) as well as invitation to be a peer reviewer of AAUT applications for the past 4 years. I have an in-depth understanding of the process of writing the application.
